缸体喷油嘴面铣削刀具频繁出现崩刀断刀的原因分析和解决思路

摘 要:针对缸体喷油嘴面铣削刀具频繁崩刀断刀的问题,结合加工工艺,分析了可能导致该问题发生的多种因素,最终找到毛坯余量、刀具加工路径、刀具结构设计三个方面的影响因素,并针对这三个影响因素减小加工余量、更改加工路径、扩大刀具容屑槽等措施,解决了崩刀断刀问题。

Cause Analysis and Solution Ideas for Frequent Chipping and Breaking of the Milling Tool on the Face of the Cylinder Block Fuel Injector

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of frequent chipping and breaking of the milling tool on the face of the cylinder injector, combined with the processing technology, the factors that may lead to the occurrence of the problem are analyzed, and finally three factors including the blank allowance, the tool processing path and the tool structure design are found. In view of the three influencing factors, reducing the machining allowance, changing the machining path, and expanding the tool chip flute and other measures, the problem of chipping and tool breakage has been solved.
