摘 要:发动机失火是在发动机试验过程尤其是整车试验时出现概率比较高的重大问题之一。发动机失火后,大量未燃烧的可燃物进入三元催化器,极有可能再次燃烧,导致三元催化器损坏。另外,未燃烧物进入大气,也造成大气污染,这是排放法规所不允许的。本文主要研究发动机失火原理及其排查方法。

Engine misfire principle and investigation

Abstract:Engine Misfire is one of the most important problems in engine test, especially in vehicle test. After engine misfire, a large number of unburned combustibles into the three-way catalytic converter, it is very likely to burn again, resulting in three-way catalytic converter damage. In addition, the unburned matter into the atmosphere, but also cause air pollution, which is not allowed by emission regulations. This paper mainly studies the principle of engine misfire and its checking method.
