基于两门小车型车门密封条系统的关门能量优化

摘 要：关门力是衡量关门品质的重要指标，而密封条在关门力中占据大部分因素（占比约35%）。通过对项目车的（两门车型）关门力分析，对密封条进行前期CAE分析、断面优化，从而达到优化两门小车型车门关门能量的目的，实现关门系统关门能量的稳定性，提高用户使用（开关门）品质。

Optimization of Closing Energy based on Door Sealing Strip System of Two-door Small Car

Abstract：Door closing force is an important indicator to measure the quality of door closing， and the sealing strip accounts for most of the factors （about 35%） in the door closing force. Through the analysis of the closing force of the project vehicle （two-door model）， the pre-CAE analysis and cross-section optimization of the sealing strip are carried out， so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the closing energy of the two-door small vehicle door， realize the stability of the closing energy of the closing system， and improve the user experience of opening and closing door.
