摘 要：介绍了整车产品开发项目团队章程的重要性，从团队核心价值观、沟通指南、决策及问题上升、冲突管理、相关方管理、会议要求、项目信息及文件管理、奖惩制度等8个方面，研究分析了团队章程的主要内容，为如何建立团队章程及建设高效卓越的项目团队提供借鉴和参考。

Research on the Establishment of Team Charter for Vehicle Product Development Project

Abstract：This paper introduces the importance of the team charter of vehicle product development project， and studies and analyzes the main contents of the team charter from eight aspects： team core values， communication guide， decision-making and problem rise， conflict management， interested party management， meeting requirements， project information and document management， reward and punishment system， so as to provide reference for how to establish the team charter and build an efficient and excellent project team.
