基于CAB气囊展开问题的研究

摘 要:实车试验出现CAB气囊后腔展开后飘动,扫到假人头部,且气囊后腔展开速度比前腔慢等问题,本文以此为切入点,简述如何通过改变气囊折叠方式、改变气囊花型的方法,改善CAB气囊展开状态的问题。通过此问题的改善,为后续CAB气囊开发提供经验积累。

Abstract:During the test, the cab airbag rear cavity fluttered after deployment, swept to the dummy's head, and the deployment speed of the airbag rear cavity was slower than that of the front cavity. Taking this as the starting point, this paper briefly describes how to improve the deployment state of cab airbag by changing the folding mode and pattern of airbag. The improvement of this problem provides an empirical basis for the subsequent cab airbag development.
