摘 要：对四起真实案例中涉及的物证进行显微拉曼光谱检测，检测结果准确可靠，检测过程方便无损，表明显微拉曼光谱在物证鉴定方中具有独特的优势。

Abstract：Micro-Raman spectroscopy is adopted to analyze the composition of samples in the four real cases. The detection results are accurate and reliable， and the detection process is convenient and non-destructive， which has unique advantages in identification of material evidence.

1 引言

拉曼光谱是物质分子受光照射后所产生的非弹性散射，拉曼光谱谱带的数目多少、强度大小、位移距离等与分子的振动和转动能量有关，因此，通过拉曼光谱可以得到物质的化学基团、结构及其变化信息[1]，在安检[2]、食品[3]、药品[4]、材料[5]等领域具有广泛的应用。（剩余2325字）
