基于MSC.Marc的车门密封条安装间隙分析及优化

摘 要:针对车门密封条在装车过程中存在间隙问题,利用非线性有限元分析软件MSC. Marc建立车门密封条三维仿真模型,分析车门密封条与车门钣金安装间隙的原因,并对车门钣金安装孔间距的进行优化,解决了车门密封条与车门钣金安装间隙问题。

Abstract:Aiming at the installation clearance of door outer seal in the assembly process, the 3D simulation model was established by using MSC and Marc, the highly nonlinear analysis software. And its causes of the installation clearance between the door outer seal and the sheet metal were analyzed. And then through the optimization of the clearance between the installation holes, this clearance problem was solved.

车门密封条是安装在车门钣金上,在车门关闭时与车身侧围发生接触变形,起到缓冲作用;同时阻隔车辆内部与外部空气流通,起到防风、防尘、防水和隔声等作用。(剩余1999字)
