电动汽车用IGBT失效模式及测试方法研究

摘 要:IGBT是电机控制器的核心功率元器件,其失效时可能会导致电动汽车下高压,从而无法行驶。因此,对其性能及可靠性进行研究和测试分析具有的重要意义。为此,本文重点分析了电动汽车用IGBT常见的失效模式以及原因,并针对性地提出了相应的测试项目及方法,最后给出了提高其稳定性和可靠性的建议。

Study on Failure Mode and Test Method of IGBT for Electric Vehicle

Abstract:IGBT is the core power component of the motor controller. When it fails, it may cause the high pressure of the electric vehicle and make it impossible to drive. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and test its performance and reliability. Then, this paper focuses on the analysis of the common failure modes and causes of IGBT for electric vehicles, and puts forward the corresponding test items and methods, and finally gives some suggestions to improve its stability and reliability.
