摘 要：本文简单介绍了纯电动汽车高压线束及生产工艺，并对高压线束成本构成及物料成本构成进行了详细分析。研究了高压系统架构优化、高压线束布置优化、高压线束物料优化、平台化及标准化设计的降成本方法，对高压线束成本优化意义重大。

Research on Cost Optimization of High -voltage Wire Harness for Pure Electric Vehicle

Abstract：This article briefly introduces the high-voltage wiring harness and production process of pure electric vehicle and analyzes the cost composition and material cost composition of the high-voltage wiring harness in detail. The cost reduction methods are studied， including high-voltage system architecture optimization， high-voltage wiring harness layout optimization， high-voltage wiring harness material optimization， platformization and standardized design. They are of great significance to the cost optimization of high-voltage wiring harness.
