A Study on the Identification and Development Monitoring System of Youth Football Talents in China

Abstract ：The identification and development of campus football talents is an important work of football in China. Regular and effective tracking of football talents in China will provide objective，scientific and effective basis for the development of campus football talents. Through the methods of literature and expert interview， combined with the main characteristics of the current international youth football talent ability monitoring and selection and the imbalance of adolescent individual development， this paper studies the development system of combining physiology and technology， long-term and key combination. At the same time，according to the diversity， ecology and simulation of the development of the current youth football ability test methods， it provides a more effective test method for the monitoring practice of campus football talents， including the operational method of physiological quality， the footbal skill test method， and the small field competition test method， in order to improve the scientific level of youth football talent training in China.
