Modernization of School P.E. in Frontier Ethnic Areas

Abstract：This paper takes the modernization of school P.E. in frontier ethnic areas as the research object. It employs the methods of literature review and logical analysis to explore the value connotation， practical botlenecks and promotion path of modernization of school P.E. in these areas. The study concludes that there are several practical problems， including weak inheritance of traditional ethnic sports， uneven distribution of quality educational resources， and lack of governance system and governance capacity. How to seek a good solution is the only way to achieve the modernization of school P.E. in frontier ethnic areas and accelerate the construction of a powerful sports nation. The research suggests drawing a new perspective of school P.E. in frontier ethnic areas； promoting the integration of traditional ethnic sports into schools on a regular basis to strengthen the bond of youth ethnic unity； focusing on the balanced layout of educational resources to activate the endogenous force of high - quality development of the school P.E.; and building a diversified governance framework for school physical education to break down barriers to shared values among governance entities. The objective is to address the concerns of new era‘s strategy for building a strong sports nation while also tackling the practical issues of modernizing school P.E. in frontier ethnic areas， thereby contributing to the experience summary and elevation of school physical education practice in the areas in China.
