New Quality Productivity Enabling High - quality Development of Sports Tourism Industry ： Internal Mechanism， Realistic Obstacles and Innovative Paths

Abstract：Using literature review and logical analysis， we explore the internal mechanism， real obstacles and innovative paths of the new quality productivity empowering the high -quality development of sports tourism industry. The study found that the practical obstacles to the high -quality development of the sports tourism include ： an inadequate guarantee system with weak implementation of supporting policies; weak scientific and technological innovation capacity with low rates of return on technological investment; a shortage of interdisciplinary talents， with training system to be perfected; uneven urban and rural development， with poor flow of production factors. Recommendations： With policy system as a guarantee，create a favorable environment for the high -quality industrial development; with scientific and technological innovation as the core，add strong momentum to quality industrial development; with talent cultivation as the support， consolidate the basic guarantee for the quality industrial development; with factor flow as a means to clear the key bottlenecks in quality industrial development.
