人才评价机制改革背景下理工类高校高层次人才引进研究

摘 要：吸引世界一流人才是世界一流大学迅速发展、崛起的关键举措，新时代人才评价机制改革对理工类高校科技人才的引进提出新的要求，各高校在人才队伍建设方面开展了积极探索。在分析当前理工类高校人才引进存在的问题和面临的挑战的基础上，对做好新时代理工类高校人才引进工作进行了探索与研究。

Abstract：Attracting firstrate talents is a key measure for the rapid development and rise of worldclass universities.Greater demands have been placed on the talent introduction in science and engineering universities，under the talent evaluation systems reform in the new era.Various universities have actively explored personnel system reform and talent team building.On the basis of analyzing the problems and challenges in talent introduction in current science and engineering universities，exploration and research has been conducted on the present talent introduction work.
