智慧物流背景下的高职物流人才培养探索与思考

摘要：随着我国物流行业转型升级，智能设备的应用不断普及。智慧物流为企业带来高效的同时，企业对物流人才的需求也发生变化。文章主要从人才培养方案调整、课程体系重构、教学实训条件三个方面阐述智慧物流人才培養的具体实践探索和思考，希望能给各大高职院校在制定智慧物流人才培养上有一定的参考意义。

Abstract：WiththetransformationandupgradingofChina'slogisticsindustry，Theapplicationofintelligentdevicesisbecomingmoreandmorepopular.Whilesmartlogisticsbringshighefficiencytoenterprises，thedemandforlogisticstalentsalsochanges.Thispapermainlydiscussesthepracticalexplorationandthinkingofthetalenttraininginintelligentlogisticsfromthreeaspects：adjustmentoftalenttrainingplan，reconstructionofcurriculumsystemandteachingandtrainingconditions.Thispaperispossibletobevaluableasreferenceforlogisticstalentstrainingofotherhighervocationalinstitutes.

2019年中国社会物流总额为198万亿元，2020年为300.1万亿，同比增长3.5%，LPI基本处于50%的分界点以上，表明中国物流业经济发展近年来处于持续扩张趋势之中，近几年增速较前些年下降显著，但增速水平渐趋于平稳。（剩余4916字）
