水泥土搅拌桩地基处理桩位偏差分析及控制技术研究

摘 要:水泥土搅拌桩的桩位偏差值作为成桩质量的主控项目之一,是十分重要的施工质量控制点。该项目组从“人、机、法、环、测”5个方面进行原因分析,确定对桩位偏差影响的主要因素,并运用各种质量管理工具,拟定改进技术方案和控制措施,并予以实施,提高水泥土搅拌桩桩位的准确度和施工质量。

Abstract: As one of the main control items of pile quality, the pile position deviation of cement-soil mixing pile is a very important construction quality control point. The project team analyzed the reasons from the five aspects of "man, machine, method, ring and measurement", determined the main factors affecting the deviation of pile position, and used various quality management tools to draw up improvement technical improvement plans and control measures. The accuracy and construction quality of cement-soil mixing pile are improved.

在水泥土搅拌桩施工中,对于施工完成的桩体,如发生桩位超过规范要求的允许偏差值,可能导致局部地基承载力不均匀,甚至导致部分区域复合地基承载力不足,往往需要进行地基承载力试验并由设计单位根据试验结果出具相应的处理方案,多数需要采取补桩、局部地基加固等补救措施。(剩余4681字)
