摘  要：水利水电工程建设中涉及到大量土建工程，如何完成土石方调配和现场施工秩序息息相关。为顺利地完成水利水电工程的建设，该文针对土石方调配技术特点、原则和方法展开探讨，并且提出土石方调配技术应用及优化建议，以期为水利水电工程建设人员提供参考。

Abstract： A large number of civil works are involved in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects， and how to complete the earthwork allocation is closely related to the on-site construction order. In order to successfully complete the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects， this paper discusses the technical characteristics， principles and methods of earthwork allocation， and puts forward suggestions for the application and optimization of earthwork allocation technology， which provides reference for the construction personnel of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
