大体积承台混凝土配合比优化及有限元仿真分析

摘  要:嘉陵江特大桥位于四川省广元市昭化区红岩镇,是G5京昆高速广元至绵阳段扩容工程的控制性工程,以此桥大体积混凝土承台为背景,通过优化混凝土配合比及合理的冷却水管布置等措施,减小混凝土承台内外部的温度梯度,有效避免混凝土裂缝的产生。

Abstract: Jialing River Bridge is located in Hongyan Town, Zhaohua District, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. It is the control project of the expansion project of the Guangyuan to Mianyang section of the G5 Beijing-Kunming Expressway. With this bridge's mass concrete cap as the background, by optimizing the concrete mix ratio and reasonable measures such as the arrangement of cooling water pipes, it is supposed to reduce the temperature gradient inside and outside the concrete cap, and effectively avoid the occurrence of concrete cracks.
