摘  要：通过分析无人机摄影测量技术与传统测量方法的优缺点，以湖南省某房地一体化调查项目为例，探讨无人机摄影测量技术在房地一体化调查中的应用，介绍无人机摄影测量在房地一体化调查中的具体应用流程。

Abstract： By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of UAV photogrammetry technology and traditional measurement methods， and combining with the case of a real estate integration survey project in Hunan Province， this paper discusses the application of UAV photogrammetry technology in premises integration survey， and introduces the specific application process of UAV photogrammetry in premises integration survey.
