双重预防机制智慧化在某建设项目中的应用探讨

摘  要：以双重预防机制模块为例阐述系统作用，通过数字化建设对危险有害因素辨识、评价、分级管控、数据库建立、预警、治理和验收，为企业人才培养、隐患整改和问题反馈等提供大量数据，利用这些数据进行全员安全管理，在进行风险辨识评价时更加精准，做到科学管理，为双重预防机制信息化建设提供思路。

Abstract： This paper takes the double prevention mechanism module as an example to illustrate the role of the system， and， through digital construction of dangerous and harmful factors identification， evaluation， hierarchical control， database establishment， early warning， treatment and acceptance， provides a large amount of data for enterprise personnel training， hidden trouble rectification， problem feedback， etc.; besides， this paper uses these data for all staff safety management， which is more accuratein the risk identification and evaluation， to achieve science and technology "treatment would-be diseases". The purpose of this paper is to provide some ideas for the information construction of double prevention mechanism.
