地质雷达在钢筋混凝土质量检测中的应用

摘 要:为精确检测钢筋混凝土中保护层厚度、钢筋的直径及其间距,采用SIR-4000型地质雷达(GPR)对某一钢筋混凝土路段进行无损检测,测得的雷达图像与实际路段进行对比分析。结果表明,混凝土保护层厚度,钢筋直径、间距均与实际工程情况一致,偏差值均小于1%,满足质量检测要求。

Abstract: In order to accurately detect the thickness of cover and the diameter and spacing of steel bar in reinforced concrete, this paper uses SIR- 4000 ground penetrating radar (GPR) to carry out non-destructive testing of a reinforced concrete road section, and compares the radar image with the actual road section. The results show that the thickness of concrete cover, steel bar diameter and spacing are consistent with the actual engineering situation, and the deviation values are all less than 1%, which meets the requirements of quality inspection.
