摘  要：铁路货车下心盘自动紧固设备是通过使用数据通信、视频识别、伺服控制、激光测量、伺服拧紧与动态扭矩测量等相关技术，来实现心盘螺栓的自动紧固，使其满足工艺要求，从而提高铁路货车段修的检修效率与质量，从而确保铁路货车的行车安全。

Abstract： The automatic fastening equipment of the lower core plate of railway freight cars realizes the automatic fastening of the bolts of the lower center plate through the use of related technologies such as data communication， video identification， servo control， laser measurement， servo tightening and dynamic torque measurement， so as to make it meet the process requirements， improve the maintenance efficiency and quality of railway freight car depot repair， and ensure the safety of railway freight cars.
