基于CBLA的无刷电机超前角控制系统研究

摘 要:为提升基于CBLA的无刷电机输出功率,采用PID和CBLA控制及速度闭环控制理论,依据转速响应构建无刷电机传递函数,开发CBLA控制软件,运用Matlab对该控制系统进行仿真分析,同时通过实验对比电机转速和输出功率,验证该电机速度提升12.5%,输出功率提升10.5%。

Abstract: In order to increase the output power of brushless motors based on CBLA, PID control, CBLA control and speed closed-loop control theories are used to construct the transfer functions of brushless motors which are based on the speed feedback under the input of voltage and load. Meanwhile, the CBLA control software is developed and Matlab is applied to simulate the control system. After comparing the motor speed and output power, it is verified that the motor speed is increased by 12.5%, and the output power is increased by 10.5%.
