民用飞机舱门与机身开口结构的变形协调分析

摘  要:文章利用有限元分析模拟技术,针对民用飞机大开口货舱门与门框的连接接头刚度模拟进行方法研究,保证其真实的结构刚度等效。通过货舱门与门框结构的相对位移计算分析,表明该方法合理有效,对飞机大开口区域的舱门结构设计具有指导意义。

Abstract: In this paper, the finite element analysis and simulation technology are used to study the simulation method of the joint stiffness between the large opening cargo door and the door frame of civil aircraft, so as to ensure that the real structural stiffness is equivalent. The calculation and analysis of the relative displacement between the cargo door and the door frame structure shows that the method is reasonable and effective and has guiding significance for the structural design of the cabin door in the large opening area of the aircraft.
