试验流程精益创新研究

摘  要：在企业的管理运营中，精益优化流程至关重要。文章以试验检测中心工装夹具准备流程创新为例，通过精益改进措施的实施，减少过程的浪费，缩短试验准备周期，提升试验效率，对整个试验检测中心的管理和发展具有积极促进作用。

Abstract： In the management and operation of enterprises， lean optimization process is very important. This paper takes the process innovation of fixture preparation in the test and testing center as an example and puts forward the implementation of the lean improvement measures， so that in practice the waste of the process is reduced， the test preparation cycle is shortened， and the test efficiency is improved. It is proved that the lean optimization process plays a positive role in promoting the management and development of the whole test center.
