青岛市黄岛区盲道设施实施情况调研分析

摘  要：盲道是城市里一种无障碍设施，旨在为视觉障碍者提供出行方便以及保障人身安全。现以青岛市黄岛区城市无障碍设施建设实施利用率为基础，对青岛市黄岛区盲道建设实施及使用情况进行分析总结，并提出修改实施方案。

Abstract： Blind is a barrier-free facility in the city， which is designed to provide convenience and safe security for visual obstacles. Based on the implementation utilization utilization rate of the urban unobstructed facilities in Yellow Island， Qingdao， the implementation and use of the blind road construction and use of Qingdao， and the implementation plan is proposed.
