从传统到新型基础测绘体系建设现状与实践思考

摘  要：在全国新型基础测绘试点工作全面铺开的背景下，文章结合工作实践，系统分析基础测绘的建设内容和发展特点，剖析传统基础测绘与新型基础测绘的共同点与区别，阐述支撑新型基础测绘构建的关键技术及思考建议。

Abstract： The national pilot work of new basic surveying and mapping system was carried out in an all-round way. Based on work practice， the construction content and development characteristics of basic surveying and mapping are analyzed. The similarities and differences between traditional basic surveying and mapping and new basic surveying and mapping are analyzed. The key technologies and suggestions the construction of new basic surveying and mapping are elaborated.
