高分遥感在智慧城市新基建中的应用研究

摘  要：智慧城市新基建主要包括信息基础设施、融合基础设施、创新基础设施3个方面，高分遥感技术在实时动态获取一个广域的地形、地貌特征、自然资源、土地利用与覆盖、城市与经济等自然地理和经济要素信息方面具有独特优势，是智慧城市新基建的重要支撑技术。

Abstract： The new infrastructure of smart city mainly includes three aspects： information infrastructure， integration infrastructure and innovative infrastructure. High-resolution remote sensing technology has unique advantages for real-time dynamic acquisition of natural geographic and economic information of a large area， such as terrain， geomorphic features， natural resources， ground cover， city and economy. It is an important supporting technology of the new infrastructure of smart city.

智慧城市概念最早起源于2009年IBM公司提出的“智慧地球”理念，以应对美国2008年金融危机重启经济、产业、交通等技术升级需求，城市作为重振经济、技术创新的中心，智慧城市这一概念逐渐被大众接受。（剩余4818字）
