一种电容式应变传感器设计

摘 要:文章介绍一种通过电容变化探测应变信号的传感器。该传感器主要通过改变电容极板间的面积来获得电容值的变化,从而测量应变量。为保证传感器在工作中有较大的电容值变化量,设计一种双电容结构,保证传感器的灵敏度,该传感器的检测单元包括一个动极板、两个定极板和一个电路组件。

Abstract: A kind of sensor for detecting strain signal by capacitance change is introduced in this paper. The sensor mainly obtains the change of the capacitance value by changing the area between the capacitive plates, so as to measure the strain. In order to ensure that the sensor has a large change of capacitance, a double capacitance structure is designed in order to ensure the sensitivity of the sensor whose detection unit includes a moving plate, two fixing plates and a circuit component.
