论温州市七都大桥北汊桥关键施工技术

摘  要:温州市七都大桥北汊桥为主跨360 m的钢混叠合梁斜拉桥,大桥具有结构新颖、施工难度大、质量要求高等特点。在大桥施工过程中,桩基施工采用旋挖机成孔工艺,主墩承台采用钢吊箱围堰施工工艺,下塔柱采用无支架钢模、中上塔柱采用爬模施工工艺、钢梁采用浮吊和桥面吊机安装的施工工艺。

Abstract: The north branch bridge of Qidu Bridge in Wenzhou City has a main span of 360 m steel-concrete composite beam cable-stayed bridge, which has the characteristics of novel structures, difficult construction and high requirements for quality. During the construction of this bridge, the rotary digging machine hole forming technology is adopted in the pile foundation construction, and the steel suspension box cofferdam construction technology is adopted in the main pier cap. The lower tower column is constructed through non-support steel formwork, the middle and upper tower columns involve climbing form construction technology, and the steel beam is built using the floating crane and bridge deck crane installation construction technology.

1.1 工程简介

温州市七都大桥北汊桥工程连接温州市鹿城区和永嘉县,工程主线南接七都南汊桥预留终点处,起点处完善七都侧互通,主线向北跨越瓯江,终点位于104国道前,并预留温州绕城高速公路乌牛互通起点,同时与104国道新建一处枢纽互通,工程主线总长1 866 m。(剩余6636字)
