高频移相全桥软开关的实现

摘 要:通过对PSFB移相全桥的电路结构及动态性能分析,得到死区时间对软开关范围的影响,实现了PSFB的软开关控制下的电压移相调节。通过实验验证了软开关控制的正确性及可行性。

Abstract: By analyzing the circuit structure and dynamic performance of the PSFB phase-shifting full bridge, the influence of the dead time on the soft switching range is obtained, and the voltage phase-shifting adjustment under the soft switching control of the PSFB is realized. The correctness and feasibility of soft switch control are verified through experiments.
