Abstract：From the perspective of cultural memory theory，this study examines the phenomenon of"AI Magic Revision”“A-alteredremakes”ofclasicChineseTVdramas，exploring therisksofalienationandgovermancestrategies inthe reconstruction of“cultural memory sites”during the digital era.The widespread use of AIGC （AI-Generated Content）technology by internetusers to modify clasic Chinese dramas has triggered fourfold alienation incultural memory sites，covering cultural memory itself，value systems，creative technologies，and commercial capital.This alienationprocssisrimarilydrivenbythetripartiteforcesoftechnologapital，andiencepaticipation.Tddress these issues，this research proposes amultidimensional collaborative governance framework incorporating content regulation，technicalconstraints，platformaccountability，andmedia literacyenhancement.This frameworknotonly safeguards cultural heritage by preventing the fragmentation of cultural memory sites causedbyAIGC-induced alienationbut also fosters innovative expression by integrating digitalcontent production with positive potential.The study provides paradigmatic insights forcultural governance in thedigitalage，contributing to theconstructionofa techno-ethical cultural ecosystem.
