The Impact Performance Dilemma on Enterprise Innovation under Digital Transformation Empowerment

Abstract：Amidst the accelerating transformation a once-in-acentury global lscape，digital transformation has emerged as a pivotal strategy for revitalizing corporate innovation enhancing the quality decision-making in this domain.Based on the data non-financial listed companies in China’s A-share market，this paper examines the impact performance predicaments empowered by digital transformation on enterprise innovation identifies its mechanism action.The results show that， compared to other periods，digital transformation has strengthened the positive correlation between performance predicaments enterprise innovation，with this effct beingrelatively greater innon-stateowned enterprises，technology-intensive enterprises， small medium-sized enterprises.Mechanism tests have found that digital transformation has strengthened the positive correlation between performance predicaments enterprise innovation activities by enhancing analysts’ atention，stimulating management' s willingness to take risks， driving the upgrading human capital. The research conclusion this paper starts from the performance predicament exps the situational factors enterprise digital transformation empowerment，providing decision-making references empirical evidence for better playing the role digital transformation in asisting the construction an innovative country achieving high-quality development goals during the period an increasingly complex serve external envirament.
