【Abstract】The paper focuses on the design of a virtual teaching platform for signal processing courses. Utilizing the robustness of the SpringBoot framework and the data procesingcapabilitiesofMySQL，combined with Velocity and HTML5technologies，theauthordevelopedaninteractive，user-friendly，efcient，anddynamiconline teachingplatform. The platform supports online learning for multiple courses，such as Signals and Systems，and Digital Signal Processing. The virtual teaching platform also integrates such modules as course video resources，online interactive experiment simulation，graduateentrance examand discusson forums.Adoptingablendedonline-oflineteaching model，theplatform demonstratessignificant potential toenhance higher educationqualityand talentcultivation.Itsdesignexhibitssubstantial value for broader application and promotion.
