【Abstract】 Using Actinidia arguta seeds as experimental material, the paper designed four gibberellin ( (GA3) concentrationtreatments(0,550,75,and 950mg/L )and three chitosanoligosaccharide concentrations( (0,100 ,and 500 mg/L )incombination treatments.Statistical analysis ofseed germination showed that the 750mg/LGA3+100mg/L chitosan oligosaccharide combination achieved the highest germination rate (44.3%) and germination potential (32%) ,representing the optimal treatment and the 950mg/L GA3+100mg/L chitosan oligosaccharide treatment required the shortest time for first seed germination (9 days).Different GA3 concentrations significantly affected both germination rate and germination potential of Actinidia arguta seeds. The combined GA3 and chitosan oligosaccharide treatments significantly influenced germination rate, germination potential, and days to first germination.
