【Abstract】Based on the Lambert-Beer law of NIR spectral absorption,this study designs a non-contact,low-cost, non-destructive,and high-precision alcohol concentration measurement system.The proposed system comprises four components:an optical path module,a circuit design module,data algorithm processng,and 3D-printed modeling. Furthermore,tovalidate theaccuracyof the proposed method,the measurement results were compared with those obtainedusingadensitymeter.Experimentalresultsdemonstratethat,intheinfraredband,therelativeerorbetween thedesigned instrumentand thedensitymeterislessthan 2% ,confirmingthereliabilityofthesystem.Comparedwith traditionalmethods,tisolutioneablesapid,on-destructive,andotinuousdetection,akingitsitablefororable dailymeasurementsand industrial applications.
