Research on the Blue Bay Comprehensive Remediation Project From the Perspective of the Whole Life Cycle： Taking Quanzhou's Blue Bay Comprehensive Remediation Project as an example

Abstract： From the perspective of the whole life cycle， this study constructs a comprehensive Blue Bay Comprehensive Remediation Project framework from the aspects of engineering planning，engineering design， engineering implementation， management and maintenance. Through the identification， diagnosis and comprehensive remediation of ecological environment problems， we have carried out coastal ecological restoration projects such as Spartina alterniflora remediation，mangrove ecological restoration， bird habitat construction，and coastal ecological transformation. The performance evaluation index system is constructed based on output indicators， benefit indicators，and satisfaction indicators. Summarize the implementation and management practices of the Blue Bay Comprehensive Remediation Project in Quanzhou City throughout its entire life cycle，explore its improvement ideas，provide references for the management of the entire process of Blue Bay remediation，and provide lessons and ideas for the bay restoration work in future.
