Analysis of Conditions and Policy Suggestions of Sea Area Utilization of Guangdong， China

Abstract： Based on the data of sea area utilization from the Marine Dynamic Supervising and Managing System of Ministry of Natural Resources of the People's Republic of China，this article conducted an analysis of the sea used conditions of Guangdong Province from multiple dimensions. Also，the sea used characteristics and problems were concluded by analysis the utilization changes of ocean fishery，offshore wind power and marine transportation，and by comparing their distributions with marine function zoning. Moreover，targeted policy suggestions were proposed and it was hoped these suggestions could provide a reference to marine resources development and sea area utilization management of Guangdong Province.

海洋蕴藏着人类可持续发展的宝贵财富，发展前景广阔，党的十八大报告提出“提高海洋资源开发能力，发展海洋经济，保护海洋生态环境，坚决维护国家海洋权益，建设海洋强国”，将海洋在党和国家工作大局中的地位提高到前所未有的高度。（剩余10757字）
