【摘要】目的：探讨红光治疗失禁性皮炎患者应用心理护理与健康教育的效果。方法：选取2023年1月—2024年1月收治的82例红光治疗失禁性皮炎的患者，随机划分为对照组与研究组，对照组采取常规护理干预，研究组则采取心理护理和健康教育的方式，并对两组护理效果进行比较。结果：研究组健康知识知晓率（95.12%）高于对照组（78.05%），护理后不良情绪与生活质量评分均优于对照组，护理满意度（97.56%）显著高于对照组（82.93%），以上指标经过对比后均存在统计学差异（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of psychological nursing and health education for red light treatment in patients with incontinence dermatitis.Methods：82 patients with incontinence dermatitis treated with red light from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the research group.The control group adopted routine nursing intervention，and the research group adopted psychological nursing and health education，and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. 失禁性皮炎为重症、长期卧床患者常见的皮肤损伤，由于重症、长期卧床患者病情迁延，通常伴有肢体活动障碍、大小便失禁情况，在与富含细菌的尿液、粪便长期接触后，如果未及时采取有效的干预措施，则会引起肛周、会阴部出现炎症反应，增加患者疼痛、褥疮和感染风险，不仅会加重患者生理应激反应，同时还会阻碍患者的康复[1]。（剩余4042字）
