【摘要】目的：研析在先兆流产治疗时，对患者施以固肾保胎汤的效果，以及对激素水平及症状缓解时间的影响。方法：收集2021年1月—2023年12月我院接收的80例先兆流产患者，以随机数字方法分组，实施不同的治疗，比较两组激素水平、β-HCG水平、症状缓解时间、治疗效果、不良反应、SDS以及SAS评分。结果：治疗后，相比对照组，研究组激素水平、β-HCG水平以及总有效率更高，SDS评分、SAS评分以及不良反应发生率均更低，症状缓解时间更短（P

Analysis of the effect of Gushen Baotai decoction on hormone levels and symptom relief time in patients with threatened miscarriage

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of using Gushen Baotai decoction on patients with threatened miscarriage，as well as its impact on hormone levels and symptom relief time.Methods：80 patients with threatened miscarriage admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were collected，they were divided into groups using the random number method and implemented different treatments.
