【摘要】目的：研究和分析精神分裂症患者采取心理干预联合临床护理路径（CNP）对其睡眠质量及精神症状的影响。方法：选取我院在2020年6月—2023年9月期间收治的42例精神分裂症患者，按照随机抽签法将其分为观察组（n=21，心理干预联合CNP）和对照组（n=21，常规护理）。比较两组的护理效果。结果：干预前，两组PSQI各维度评分、阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般精神病理评分和PANSS总分比较无差异（P>0.05）；干预后，两组的上述评分均显著下降，且观察组上述评分均低于对照组（P
