基于MDT的阶梯护理干预对急性脑出血患者神经功能及生活质量的影响分析

【摘要】目的：研究基于MDT的阶梯护理干预在急性脑出血患者中的效果。方法：纳入2022年1月—2022年12月80例急性脑出血患者。常规护理组，40例，行常规护理干预；基于MDT的阶梯护理干预组，40例，行基于MDT的阶梯护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果：护理2周后，基于MDT的阶梯护理干预组的FMA评分、WHOQOL-BREF评分以及ADL评分均高于常规护理组[（49.36±5.25）分VS（42.11±3.07）分、（80.16±4.12）分VS（73.26±3.15）分以及（79.68±4.15）分VS（72.94±3.24）分]，P

Analysis of the impact of MDT based stepwise nursing intervention on neurological function and quality of life in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of MDT based stepwise nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.
