老年性阴道炎药物治疗阐述

【摘要】老年阴道炎是一种常见的妇科疾病，多发生于绝经后的妇女。其主要的病理机制是雌激素水平的下降，导致阴道壁的萎缩和上皮的变薄，从而使得阴道环境变得干燥，易受细菌感染。本文主要综述了近年来药物治疗老年阴道炎的研究进展，包括局部和全身用药。

【Abstract】Senile vaginitis is a common gynecological disease that often occurs in postmenopausal women.The main pathological mechanism is a decrease in estrogen levels，which leads to the atrophy of the vaginal wall and thinning of the epithelium，making the vaginal environment dry and susceptible to bacterial infection.This article mainly reviews the research progress in drug treatment of elderly vaginitis in recent years，including local and systemic medication.
