【摘要】目的：探讨蒙脱石散联用复合乳酸菌胶囊对腹泻患儿的影响。方法：选取我院2021年1月—2023年12月的80例腹泻患儿，随机将其分为两组。对照组单用蒙脱石散，观察组采用蒙脱石散联合复合乳酸菌胶囊。比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗前，两组的二胺氧化酶、内毒素和D-乳酸水平比较无明显差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组的肠屏障功能指标均明显降低（P0.05）；治疗后，两组的腹痛、大便次数增加、呕吐、脱水、大便形状改变和发热评分均明显降低（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of montmorillonite powder combined with lactobacillus complex capsules on children with diarrhea.Methods：80 children with diarrhea in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder alone，while the observation group was treated with montmorillonite powder combined with lactobacillus complex capsules.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.
