【摘要】目的：探讨对结肠癌术后患者实施早期肠内营养联合肠外营养的效果。方法：选取我院2019年6月—2020年6月收治的86例结肠癌术后患者作为研究对象，将患者分为实验组和对照组，每组43例患者，对照组实施单纯肠外营养，实验组实施早期肠内营养联合肠外营养，比较两组患者的营养指标及康复情况。结果：术后，两组患者的各项营养指标均有所下降，且实验组的血红蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白和前白蛋白等指标均优于对照组，数据差异显著，P

Exploration of the implementation effect of early enteral nutrition combined with parenteral nutrition in postoperative care of colon cancer patients
