癌痛规范化护理流程对肺癌患者疼痛评分的影响

【摘要】目的：探讨癌痛规范化护理流程对肺癌患者疼痛评分的影响。方法：围绕肺癌患者展开研究，共计60例，以入院先后顺序将所有患者分成两组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用癌痛规范化护理流程。就两组疼痛评分、睡眠质量及生活质量展开观察。结果：干预前，两组NRS评分比较不存在大的差异，P>0.05；干预后，两组NRS评分均出现了降低趋势，且观察组降低幅度更大，P0.05；干预后，两组睡眠质量评分均出现了降低趋势，且观察组降低幅度更大，P0.05；干预后，两组生活质量每一项指标对应评分均出现了上升趋势，且观察组上升幅度更大，P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of standardized nursing process for cancer pain on pain scores of lung cancer patients. Methods：A study was conducted around lung cancer patients，with a total of 60 cases.All patients were divided into two groups in order of admission.The control group received routine nursing，and the observation group received standardized nursing process for cancer pain.
