【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application effect of PDCA model in nursing quality management of burn and plastic surgery department.Methods：The study period was from June 2022 to May 2023.A total of 62 patients with burn and plastic surgery admitted to our hospital during this period were selected as the study objects.Patients were divided into two groups by the random number table method，with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，while the observation group received PDCA mode nursing.
