【摘要】目的：研究消化道溃疡患者采取针对性护理对幽门螺旋杆菌根除率的影响。方法：选取我院2022年2月—2023年2月期间收治的92例消化道溃疡患者为研究对象，随机将其分为两组，每组46例。对照组运用常规护理，观察组运用针对性护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：对照组幽门螺旋杆菌根除率为78.26%，显著低于观察组的95.65%（P0.05）；护理后，两组患者的SAS评分与SDS评分均有所下降，且观察组SAS评分与SDS评分均低于对照组（P
