【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia （AVRT）.Methods：A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 AVRT patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.Among them，40patients received radiofrequency ablation treatment （the study group） and 40patients received medication treatment （the control group）.The frequency of tachycardia attacks，heart rate，blood pressure and quality of life between the two groups of patients were compared.Results：After treatment，the frequency and duration of tachycardia attacks，heart rate and blood pressure in the study group were better than those in the control group，and the quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group （P
