补肾固齿丸联合聚维酮碘治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果分析

【摘要】目的：分析补肾固齿丸联合聚维酮碘治疗慢性牙周炎患者的临床效果。方法：选择2020年2月—2023年2月期间本院收治的80例慢性牙周炎患者，应用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与常规组，每组40例，观察组应用聚维酮碘治疗的同时再加以补肾固齿丸，常规组应用聚维酮碘治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗前，两组患者的IL-4及IL-6水平在统计学上差异不大（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组IL-4及IL-6水平均降低，且观察组IL-4及IL-6水平更低（P0.05）；治疗后，两组SBI、GI及PD均降低，且观察组SBI、GI及PD更低（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of bushen guchi pills combined with povidone-iodine in the treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods：80 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the routine group using the random number table method，with 40 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with bushen guchi pills combined with povidone-iodine，and the routine group was treated with povidone-iodine.The treatment effects between the two groups were compared.Results：Before treatment，there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-4 and IL-6 between the two groups of patients （P>0.05）；After treatment，the levels of IL-4 and IL-6 decreased in both groups，and the levels of IL-4 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower （P0.05）；After treatment，the SBI， GI， and PD of both groups decreased，and the SBI，GI and PD of the observation group were lower （P

慢性牙周炎主要表现为牙齿异常等情况，例如脓肿、炎症反应，从而导致牙齿发生松动等状况，而且，该病症会破坏患者的牙周组织，据临床研究发现，慢性牙周炎的发病率为80%以上，而且引起此类病症的原因多数与牙齿缺失有关[1-2]。（剩余4001字）
