阿司匹林联合复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病的效果分析

【摘要】目的：探讨阿司匹林以及复方丹参滴丸两种药物对冠心病的效果。方法：选取2020年5月—2022年4月我院的100例冠心病患者，随机分成两组。对照组服用100 mg剂量的阿司匹林，观察组联用10 粒剂量的复方丹参滴丸。结果：观察组经过治疗有48例患者表现出有效果，而对照组是41例有效果，组间比较观察组的优势更加明显（P0.05），治疗后，再次检测显示，两组的LVESV、LVEDD、LVEF和LVESD数据均有了明显的改善（P0.05），治疗后，检测两组显示PAGM、MPV和TXB2水平均发生较大的变化，即降低（P

Effect of Aspirin Combined with Compound Danshen Dropping Pills on Coronary Heart Disease

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of aspirin combined with compound salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pills on coronary heart disease. Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from May 2020 to April 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with aspirin alone， Observation group combined with compound salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pills. Results After treatment， 48 patients in the observation group showed effective results， while 41 patients in the control group showed effective results.
